Minimum of 6 months activity
Last six months sales and payment history of shippers
Accounts payable to carriers must be less than the receivables
Last six months of payment history to carriers
Profit and Loss statement for the last 6 months
Customer List of Shippers with projected balances and sales terms
Must have contingent cargo insurance and bond
Cash on hand must exceed 15% of the total A/R balance
